Preface
Coaching, programming and facilities all significantly contribute to a club’s success and longevity. These three components work together, directly and positively affect the singular focus of the club – “THE PLAYER.” The additional elements of organization, planning and leadership provide and consolidate a solid framework for the club, and the Chargers “Player Pathway Program” offer the best opportunities during the developmental process for our players to be successful on and off the field

The Chargers Soccer Club is committed to maintaining a nationally recognized premier soccer club status for boys and girls, dedicated to providing its players and members with the experiences, environment and methodology which will contribute to help maximize their potential
Mission Statement
The Chargers Soccer Club’s predominant/priority focus is the player and team development. Through a program that challenges each player, a coaching staff that adheres to high standards and first-class facilities, Chargers Soccer Club is resolute in dedicating its time and resources to long-term Technical, Physical and Psychological Development of its players.
